January is birthing season for our local cattle, this little cutie is going to get very big.  These cows are feral but used to our comings and goings so we can sometimes get up close and personal.

We Welcomed a New Calf to the Ranch

The winter fruit season is in full bloom, and a lot of it goes into jam, jellies, and pies. Try as we might, we can't eat it all by ourselves, especially when it all ripens seemingly at once.

An Assortment of Tasty Jelly

Gorgeous views in every direction are part of what make the Lost Creek Canyon Ranch so magical.  And they all change with the seasons too.
