It's not exactly Paris, but springtime here at the ranch bring with it some new arrivals. And this year, the eggs are hatching with a whole new crop of chickens and guineas.

There are a variety of hummingbird species here, and their appetite for sugar water is voracious. We're refilling our feeders nearly every day.

Bees maybe in short supply elsewhere, but we count on both our wild and captive hives to pollinate our flowers and trees. They come through for us every year.

The canyon in which our ranch is located has been identified as a major north/south flyway for migrating birds. For a few weeks in the spring and fall, we are awash with birds of every description.
