It's summer fruit time. Apricot pies and jams will be coming soon.
The ranch is now home to a 25-year old desert tortoise named Timothy. He came to us after his prior owner moved away. Timothy likes cucumbers and broccoli and spends a lot of his time underground.
The community of feral cows that occupy our canyon is also growing. Sometimes the new calves decide that our dirt road leading in and out of the ranch is a good place to hang out.
